When I committed to climbing this mountain, I knew I would need to train physically, but I knew that the difference for me was going to be in the mental preparation. Mindset training is like a pack-a-mac. It’s always there when you need it, giving you the means to carry on, when it might be easier to stay at home in your comfort zone.
