Make Change Happen in 2021!

Hands up if you’re thinking about making some resolutions for the New Year?

It seems it is a national past-time with many people resolving to get fit, lose weight, take up a new hobby (these feature in the top 4 resolutions for 2020).

It’s easy to make a list of wishes, but how easy is sticking to them?

With fewer than 24% of resolutions being even part-kept, isn’t it time we found a better way of making changes than a half-baked promise to ourselves that is often forgotten by early January?

Before you make any resolutions this year for 2021, stop and take a moment to ask yourself why you want to make this change. What will be different after you’ve made the changes, and how will you implement it in practice?

As a society, we have become really goal-focussed. We are trained to look to the outcome without giving sufficient care and attention to the process that will be needed to make it happen. It can make us see not reaching our goals as a failure and rather than keep trying, once we’ve failed once, it can be easy to give up altogether.

If you really want to make a new habit stick though, you need to create the change with love and care, and it really has to mean something to you.

When you know why you want to make a change, you are more likely to see it through. And when you know who you are being when you make the change, success can be inevitable.

I am going to show you how to create resolutions that you will love to keep, in a completely free webinar on Thursday 31st December at 1pm. It’s my gift to you that will keep on giving – as long as you keep doing the work to make any changes happen!

My methods holds true to my beliefs – that fear stops us from reaching our potential but that we can overcome it to live the life of our dreams.

And it’s based on the 8 elements of the mindset model so you know it’ll be a thorough process for building your best year yet!

I look forward to seeing you on Thursday to turbo-charge your New Years Intentions!
